Binocular and multi-mirror instruments are ranked by their individual primary mirror diameter, not their combined collecting area (the Large Binocular Telescope's two 8.4 m mirrors are listed at 8.4 m, not their 11.8 m equivalent). Where is the James Webb Space Telescope on this list?
